Program I. We had piano, singing, djembe and excellence all around!Hanson played “Shave and a Haircut” from Faber 2B in a duet at his very first recital! Kallie performs one of my favorite songs, “Never Enough” from The Greatest ShowmanSamara delivers chills as she covers “Strange” by CelesteKingston memorized “River Flows in You” by Yiruma. Standing ovation!Program II. Strong performances!Genavee played “Confessions in the Moonlight” by Joe Hisaishi flawlessly!Ezri quickly learned and memorized “How Far I’ll Go” from Moana. Great performance! She started with me brand new to piano just one year ago.
